This boss is basically tank and spank. A few things that I found out during the kill (Yes this was actually my 2nd attempt).

1. A slimy pool will spawn on the ground. This will give you a damage buff. But I think it also gives the boss a damage buff as well.
2. Using Devouring Plague while standing in this pool will give you a massive heal. Devouring Plague heals based on damage done. So increased damage done = increased healing.
3. Don't be afraid to just stand in the pool full time and zerg boss. I was quite afraid to stand in the pool on this kill, thinking that it may super charge the boss.
4. Don't stand in any pools when the boss electrifies them after a Lightning Storm.
5. Don't run across any pools that has already been electrified.
