I believe you can enter SM cath at level 20. This is the best place to powerlevel lowbies from 20-40. You'll hit the instance cap, so make sure, if you're doing too many runs per hour, to hit the other SM instances (i.e. library, graveyard, armory) before you do a reset to minimize downtime. So far, it's what I've been doing to get my warlocks leveled. I started out in Deadmines, then went to Stockades, then SM Cath. Lucky for me, with warlocks and me being alliance and all, I can hearth out to repair my shield and get a summon back to cath. I'm at level 37 right now, and it's starting to crawl as I just can't aoe tank ZF with the number of healers. SM Cath can take you to 45, I hear, but that would just be painful. I'll probably stick it out to 40 and take a few BRD runs.
