I originally included Phloppy�s NPC in my second in-game memorials video. Since the number of in-game memorial NPCs has become much higher than I anticipated when I started doing this tributes project, I�m now in the process of making a separate, stand-alone video for each in-game memorial, rather than only including them in sets. For some more than others, this means a chance to redo the project as there were always things I later felt I�d missed, especially with the earlier tributes. It�s my hope that Phloppy�s new tribute is an improvement over the original.

I was so touched to be able to read about about his life and personality. My heartfelt thanks go out to the following individuals:
