This fight is still very much the same and the way we handle defensive CDs has not changed.

Phase 1 lasts for 90 seconds in which will be spent killing a variety of adds. The add with the highest priority is The Emperor's Strength. Any time it is active you need to kill it ASAP as the AoE stun it casts can and usually results in death.

When the Twin Constructs have been positioned pop all offensive CDs/Drums/Ring and do as much damage as possible. You may also use Combat Readiness here as the next time they will be auto-swinging you will need to have Evasion active.

During each set of Combos a pair of Emperor's Strength will spawn so make sure you are prepared to deal with those in a quick fashion. Additionally when the Twin Constructs are performing their Combo watch for the visual cue where they lift into the air as this will knock you down causing a loss of DPS. You do not need to worry about dodging any of the other Combo attacks as you will have Evasion active when the constructs are able to auto attack.
