Yes, 80, in firelands. Before yelling "FAKE" and "Private server" read this:
Now with 5.1 patch its possible to enter 85 raids as level 80 - yep simply enter the portal when someone is inside. Boring start, waiting for berserk and vengeance stacks. In that gear i have 124+ % avoidance, thats the cap vs 88 raidboss.

The entire raidgroup was dead before pull and gave me no help at all (also im selfbuffed only- food, flask, drums). I have so much vengeance because the boss went Berserk and with new vengeance mechanics you receive it even if you dodge/parry the attack.

About boss special attacks- crystals do not spawn at tank and all his attacks are melee, even if some of them are doing magic damage.
