Movie Summary
Hey guys it's Chipman here.
How about a walk down memory lane wow vets, or for those newer to the game how about checking out exactly how people played the game back in the old'n days and see how different it is from the playstyles in current films.
In celebration of the beginning of the time many first set foot in Azaroth I decided to complete the Chipman trilogy. In this trilogy I will display some of the best clips from the time I first joined infamous on their BG dominating crusade in addition to some signature clips taken out of a second sequence where I rampaged about as the newest and one of the earliest Grand Marshals on Darkspear. The third part of the trilogy will take that story one step further as I continue doing battlegrounds and world pvp with what's left of infamous and those who joined us in our attempt to create a PVE/PVP powerhouse guild. I also decided to make this video because my old friend Swifty was kind enough to put an advertisement for it in his vastly viewed Incredible Warrior Tricks I. Better late than never. My personal thanks to swifty for doing that without so much as me asking.
Footage:
>Captured entirely throughout the era pre-bc at 60.
>Rank 10 through rank 14 and then rank 14 with mixed BG/GM/BWL/AQ40 gear.
Three major specs, pre and post nerfs/buffs
-First two songs will feature my personal favorite build using Reckoning, Repentance, Spiritual Guidance,
SOC. There was no forbearance at the time making this the ultimate survival, dps spec at the time.
-Then Repentance was taken out of the prot. tree, put into the holy tree in 1.9. Divine favor was
around the same time moved further down the holy tree and out of the hands of SOC/Reck bomb paladins also.
While many paladins rejoiced as blizzard had given retribution repentance, I spec'd inbetween healing,
retribution, and Reckbombs even still. These two specs will be mixed together throughout the second half
of the video in addition to the intro.
In this trilogy I feature some of darkspear's veteran powerhouse pvp'ers such as Yunky, Despise, and Venge(Fission)
The editing is decent, nothing special. I played around with a few of the effects and transitions only enough to make the video run smoothly.
I used Sony vegas 8.0 and Fraps, surprise surprise.
Music:
The music in this video is mainly picks from my most played list. One song was suggested by a friend. While I'm sure all the music in my video has been used at least once, I personally have not seen a video where they were featured.
I'm not much of a pop/rap person. I enjoy variations of rock and metal, and can tolerate some trance as a change of pace for relaxation.
Tracks used:
Joe Satriani- Crowd Chant
In Flames- Cloud Connected
Pantera- Cowboys From Hell (Suggested by: Samus)
Killswitch Engage- My Curse
Diablo 2 OST- Rogue Encampment
In the youtube stream there were problems with wmg so I took out the last two songs and added a song a friend used:
009 Sound System- Speak to Angels
Thanks to all the guys who kept me entertained in infamous vent while I threw this together over the past week or so, and intro idea from Eclipser and Fiveshotz. My personal thanks to Swifty and Tigerheart for keeping what's left of the infamous community together to this day. Ya'll are the best.
(While I strongly suggest watching this video first) If you enjoyed watching this you should check out some of my older videos:

If you have premium do a search for my fellow guildies videos from 60:Swifty (doesn't require premium), Howitzer, Nexius, Dervin
With that said the only thing I didn't like about this video is that it's too short. I mean I'm the frking man. Since it's me I know many people will be dissapointed that the video didn't last a day, or two maybe three..weeks...or so. Also if you see something you think is really cheesy in my video, you'd do it too because like me you're the man too.
I'd like to leave it here with a few pearls of wisdom.
If I rubbed anyone the wrong way along my journey in azeroth.. too bad. 99.5% chance says you deserved it. There are a few exceptions like lemnova who I owe a gamecard or something but the rest of yall can go be feminine somewhere else.
Enjoy.
